Support to the National HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment plan of Tanzania, phase III
Objectives: Support to the Tanzania governement to rapidly roll out HIV/AIDS care and treatment in the areas of 1)certification and assessment of health facilities 2) monitoring and evaluation for care and treatment and 3) quality control related to assessment and M&E. Its emphasis is on systems building including capacity building, in particular at the decentralized health systems levels.
