Objectives: Oppressed people in areas targeted by the program, especially economically marginalised young people, rural womne and rural people that depend on common natural resorces are better able to organise for fair access to livelihood resources and opportunities, and gain better representation of their priorities in public and policy debate.
Activities: -Capacity development of NPA partners.
