Councillors understand their roles and responsibilities better to deliver services efficiently

Training programme on Good Governance for district councillors, shehas, district council employees and members of civil society in Urban West district, Zanzibar, on:
• transparency, accountability, rule of law
• roles, tasks and responsibilities of district council, councillors, shehas
• management and cotrol of finances
• information management and communication to citizens
