Activities: Training programme on Good Governance for district councillors, shehas, district council employees and members of civil society in Urban West district, Zanzibar, on:
• transparency, accountability, rule of law
• roles, tasks and responsibilities of district council, councillors, shehas
• management and cotrol of finances
• information management and communication to citizens
